Yoga and Relaxation was first published by Collins as one of its Nutshell series - UK 1970 . Then in 1977 Sphere printed it in paperback under the title Relax with Yoga.

The photographs were taken by Ray Collier a friend I worked with in Landseer Studios in London, near Liecester Square.

The book is now out of print.
