The Instant Dream Book

Instant Dream Book was first published in 1984 by Neville Spearman Publishers. Later The C. W. Daniel Company Limited took over Spearman. The book is still in print under this imprint. It was reprinted in 1989.

I wanted to write this book because many people have no desire to take long hours with a therapist or helper exploring their dreams. They want a quick and useful insight into what they have dreamt.
