I wrote The Instant Dream Book after working many years as a radio dream interpreter for London Broadcasting Company. On the air you have to be fast and chatty, which led me to define how you could extract information from dreams without long interpretation. The book is the result of this - plus some basic ideas from Patricia Garfield - who pointed the way to a radically different approach.
